Gmail Setup

PressCal connects to your Gmail account via OAuth 2.0 (secure connection without needing your password). Go to Settings > Email and click "Connect Gmail".

A Google window will open asking you to approve access. PressCal requests read permission (for AI parsing) and send permission (for sending quotes).

After connecting, incoming emails from customers are automatically recognised and can be converted into quote requests via AI.
